Date: Jun 27, 2011

of organization as a ‘keystone’ for Rotary in adapting to the rush and business of the

will hold Rotary together in these chaotic times.

Management
Speaker: Audrey C. Daniels
Date: Jun 20, 2011
Just before I started my job as President, I was asked to do a breakdown of a book for
a Houston petroleum company in their Human Resource Department. I found that the
information, not only fits contemporary business but also contemporary Rotary Clubs
when they are functioning at their best. I wrote out my synopsis for the employees
(and at the same time began to envision how this could be used this year for our
Rotary eClub of the Southwest, USA). The eClub also functioned locally and globally;
plus like most successful businesses today, our major contribution to our success is
SERVICE. As you will see, there are lessons that we can learn in our Rotary Clubs that
are practiced in the ‘best of the best’ businesses today.
