eClub Member Attendance Policy
***** IMPORTANT CHANGE IN "MEETING WINDOW" *****
Now that we're a standard Rotary Club, there is a significant change in our meeting window. Our club meeting MUST be attended between Monday and the following Sunday of the week in which it is posted! That means each of us needs to attend our meeting each week. If you are unable to attend our meeting during the week, you will need to make up that meeting absence in any of the following ways:
14 days before or after the meeting, you may:
-- attend a regular meeting of another Rotary Club; or
-- attend a regular meeting of a Rotaract or Interact club, Rotary Community Corps, or Rotary Fellowship; or
-- attend a convention of RI, a council on legislation, an international assembly, a Rotary institute, or any other meeting convened with the approval of the board of directors of RI, a Rotary multi-zone conference, a meeting of a committee of RI, a Rotary district conference, a Rotary district assembly, a district committee meeting held by direction of the district governor, or a regularly announced intercity meeting of Rotary clubs; or
-- attend and participate in a club service project or a club-sponsored community event or meeting authorized by the board; or
-- attend a club board meeting, or a meeting of the club committee of which you are a member, or
-- participate through our club website in an interactive activity requiring at least 30 minutes of participation.
Please note this change -- you must attend our meeting each week, or you must do one of the above as a makup meeting AND notify our Secretary (secretary@recswusa.org) or your meeting make up activity.
