Chair of Dictionary project. International medical missions in Apam, Ghana & Kumari, Nepal. Reconstruction/painting after Katrina, Local projects with Salvation Army, Rescue Mission, Community Theatre that Rotary supports yearly with time and donation from projects. Have just started district project to gather history for RGHF for district 7390.
eClub works for me because...
I am very busy with many work comittments. I can use my time wisely, and cannot attend the prior standard meetings with my travels, consultations, and work requirements.

I am the kind person who likes to help others help themselves. I like to keep learning new things, and never want to stop. I have a very open mind.

Brussel sprouts, Liver, People who don't try to help themselves.
What are your favorite things, in personal and work life?
1. Feeling that I have helped, 2. Seeing my children and grandchildren smile. 3. Being healthy.

This too, will pass.

One of 2 hybrids we own.

What was the least favorite job you've ever had?
Have not yet had a least favorite, just was ready to move on, learn more, or expand my skill set.
Entertainment/Interests
What are your hobbies?
Dog Rescue support, Coin collecting (American), exercising in general. Simple hiking or trekking, especially in Colorado, Oregon & Pennsylvania
Do you watch sport? Who are your favorite teams/players?
I watch every sport that ever existed depending on my mood and the company. I enjoy almost all, and appreciate even more. I don't have a favorite team - usually pick the underdog.

Tennis, Masters' swimming, snorkeling, duffer golfing, easy bicycling, simple trekking in Utah or Colorado to find petroglyphs or see unusual formations.

Most days I'm happy in my own skin, only occasionally wish I was someone else.

Someone who could find a cure for many terrible diseases

That I'm really 6 feet tall in a 5 foot body.

Swim the English Channel
If you relive one day, which would it be?
Probably the day my husband died, I'd say much more.
If you could take only three items with you to a space colony, what would they be? (Your family is already coming with.)
Assuming there is also adequate access to food, oxygen and water. I'd take: 1. a multi-tool (or Swiss Army multibladed knife), 2. a renewable source of light/energy production. 3. Something to read like an encyclopedia that has many resources between the 2 covers. IF none of the basics there - A means of producing water (purification system), means of growing food (seeds), and still take an encyclopedia like a Rotary Dictionary that has everything in it.
What is the best advice your parents gave you?
Keep trying, even when you think you can't.
What is the best advice you have given your children?
You can be anything you want to be, have goals, and go for it.
If you could be any animal, what would it be and why?
I AM an animal, I choose to be human because it gives me the most options.
Describe the most beautiful sight you have ever seen:
While there are many beautiful things, my daughters smiling at me when content is best.

Rest, water, a big box of soft tissues.
