On behalf of the IFBR committee, District 3190, I take pleasure in announcing the International Fellowship event of Badminton playing Rotarians (IFBR).

Rotarians from all over the world, in love with the bird flying across the nets, are invited to congregate at KSBA, Bangalore from 4th to 6th February 2008 to play the game, break bread with fellow members, and enjoy fellowship and the hospitality of District 3190. The matches shall
be followed by participation in the District Conference commencing from 8th Feb.

Those interested in participating or knowing more about the event are invited to post online their message; there is a blinking "GuestBook" button in a sidepanel where they can click and fill the online form.

We look forward to this event laying the ground for formal recognition with RI, as members from quite a few countries are expected to participate.

It takes me great pleasure to inform that we have received some very good suggestions and encouragement for the international fellowship event of Badminton playing Rotarians from countries where this game is avidly played.

In order to coincide this event with the International Night being organized on 23rd Feb 2008, I on behalf of the organizing committee, D 3190, am happy to announce that the event is now scheduled to be held from 20th Feb to 23rd Feb 2008. The hosting city: Bangalore.
