 I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and safe travels for those of you heading out to destinations!

Thank you very much.  My wife and I were going to travel to Houston for Thanksgiving to be with our daughter and family, but we have decided to stay home this year. We were in Houston a few days ago.  We will do our own thing, and we will stay out of the travel dangers.

Yes, I wish all of you a happy and joyous holiday, wherever you may live. If it is not this holiday in America, then whatever it is in your culture. This morning I dressed up as Henry VIII for my class at Kingwood College (who is changing its name to Lone Star College System- Kingwood) and the students at first thought that I looked like Santa Claus since I was dresses in royal red with white fur trim (which I am sure that the illustrators for "good old Santa" copied from King Henry. It was my gift to them at the end of the semester (although I offended all the women in the audience with my actions toward my six wives). Soooo... my gift to you all is this: climb out on the furtherest limb, that is where the fruit is and may the beauty we love be what we do. Happy Holidays!!!!
