Marketing?
Posted: 8 months ago
Marketing was taught to me as the "Four P's"
Place, Price, Product, and Promotion. Where would this best sell? How can we price it so that it creates a profit? And, how can we promote it.
Think of the cave people, emerging to sell what they were beginning to produce. The best "corner" in the marketplace, the loudest voice, the lowest price, the highest quality. That's about it.
Rotary Marketing (eClub membership):
Know your product: http://www.historylearningcenter.org
Stay current on the product: http://www.historyfan.org
Given twenty minutes, I would have a better than average chance to bring someone into Rotary. How? Because I know the product. TRF, Fellowship, Harris, RI structure, World Peace services.
We have the place, ReCSWUSA. The product is found at http://www.rotary.org and http://www.rghf.org The "price" or value can be found by studying the product and the market place. Find a need and fill it. The promotion comes only when you truly know the product. A fast start: http://www.onepagehistory.info
