Now that we are a permanent part of Rotary, we must adopt the standard Rotary constitution. Therefore, our attendance requirements have changed somewhat.

For clarification, I have posted our new attendance policy (per the standard constitution which we must adopt) on our website. It is linked from the Members page, or you can go directly to it at: http://www.recswusa.org/members/56

Please be aware of this change and understand that you either need to either:

1. attend our meeting during the week it was published,  OR
2. attend a makeup meeting elsewhere and report it to our secretary, using the form on the Meetings page (left column).

Just a question.  Can a member of another Rotary Club attend a past meeting of ours and have that considered a makeup or do they have to attend the "current" meeting.  If they can attend a "past" meeting why couldn't our members attend the eclub meeting they missed within two weeks and have that be a makeup.  Just wondering.  Maureen

Our behavior is governed by the new COnstitution that we just adopted. It's the new, updated, Club Constitution that all club use.

Visitor behavior is governed by ?????

Yes I saw that in the Constitution was just wondering if RI Eclub policy or ours.  From a past email I am thinking RI correct?

Well, the old eclub pilot project setup the original guidelines, but none of that is operative any more. I think, in fact, there are NO guidelines about what meeting a visitor may attend for makeup credit.
