We are now a standard Rotary Club as of July 1,2010, therefore ALL MEMBERS must VOTE and ADODT this eClub Constitution. WE have no choice and cannot edit its wording since it is mandated by Rotary International. Please vote "Yes".

I voted Yes. But I fear that this new requirement is going to make it very difficult to maintain 100% attendance for some of our members.
