There are several reasons that you may not have received your makeup notification: 

• did you enter your email address and/or your club secretary's address when you started your makeup?
• did you click on the "Finish meeting button?"  Note that the program opens in a different window and finish meeting is on the original window.

If you can't figure anything else out, return to the opening window of the meeting, print that, and return it to your club secretary as proof.

Hi Karen,

I am a visiting Rotarian. I registered with the site, and then attended a meeting.

I may have missed the box where I was supposed to enter the mail id of my Club secretary. So, the meeting attendance acknowledgement came to my ID.

But this also means that in the process of attending a meeting for a visitor, the visitor should have a cannot-be-missed option of entering the mail ID of the Club secretary.

Further, the site did not ask for my Club and Rotary Dist..Isn’t it better to ask for the Club mane and Dist. while registering?

We at Dist. 3190 (Bangalore, India) are planning to start an e Club and I am working on it. I would love to interact with you and your members on issues relating to an e Rotary Club.
