Rotary eClub of the Southwest USA member, Patrica Green, shares some of her experience volunteering outside the US for nearly 20 years.

Patrica Green is a retired nurse orignially from the New England region of the United States and is currently living in the Mexican state of Colima.  Prior to joining Rotary, Pat began sharing her professional expertice with her first trip to Kathmandu, Nepal.  In her blog post, she shared the importance of understanding the needs of those we attempt to serve not from our perspective - from theirs.

Pat became first joined Rotary as a member of the Monroe-Woodbury Rotary Club in Rotary District 7210 in September 2010.  She transferred to ReCSWUSA in April 2016.  In addition to being a Paul Harris Fellow, Pat is a member of Health Professionals in Rotary Fellowship, formally known as International Fellowship of Rotarian Doctors.
