One of the joys – and pains – of change is learning the new ways to perform tasks that were once familiar. One of those tasks is finding the contact information for our fellow eClubbers. With the move to our new web platform, we have a few options that are now available to us. As a member, you may view the profile photos and contact details of your fellow club members from the Member Area of the website. To access the Member Area, you will need to login link that is in the upper right corner of each page that is displayed in your favorite browser. Note: If you have forgotten your login name and/or password, there is a link which will direct you to a login retrieval page.
When you first enter the Member Area, you will be at the Administration page. There are a lot of tabs for other functions in the platform and panels with links. You are most interested in the My ClubRunner panel which is pictured to the right. The Club Directory is a list of all your fellow Club members in alphabetical order by last name. When you click on a member’s name, you will be taken to her/his profile. If you click on a member’s email, the browser will use your email client to start composing a message. There is a link that will create a printer friendly version if you would like a hard copy or PDF version of membership list.
The Club Photo Directory display much of the same information as the Club Directory with the addition of the photo, mailing address, and spouse/partner name. Just as in the directory, the member’s name and email address are clickable in addition the member’s profile photo.
Please take the opportunity to view your fellow ReCSWUSA members and review your profile details. There are links within the My ClubRunner panel that will enable you to update your profile and upload a photo.
There is another option for finding contact information for our Club members. ClubRunner has an app that will run on your iOS or Android devices. The latest versions of these app integrate with the other apps on your device, so you have an easy option to add a member to your contact list. You can download the apps below.
